Philippe is what we can call « a pioneer ».

In the last 20 years, he participated in the renewed success of Languedoc’s wines. Bringing his experience and know-how to traditionnally strong and full-bodied wines, Philippe succeeded in improving quality and taste with a rigourous selection in the vineyards and perfect control of the winemaking process.

Since 2001, Philippe is leading the wine quality and bottling planning for LGI Wines.

My first degree in the winemaking field was in the Burgundy wine region, as I wanted to learn from one of the most qualitative and ancient wine regions in the world. I have always been fascinated by the notion fo Terroir.”
